Mobvoi is a dishonest company where lying is second nature. I purchased the Crapwatch Pro 3 GPS on the promise the Wear OS 3 update was coming. That was way back in 2021. My watch is still on OCTOBER SECURITY PATCH from 2021. This is another typical Chinese company that takes advantage of trusting customers. I've had the same issues with other Chinese companies like DJI, Hubsan and just about every Chinese company I've ever dealt with. I'm sorry but these Chinese companies have zero integrity. All they care about is getting your money. Absolutely no product support. And it's ALWAYS the customer fault. ALWAYS! It's my opinion from experience that the Chinese can't be trusted. The United States have single handedly made the country of China rich. P S. Their go to move is just to blatantly ignore your emails and complaints. Just about every product here in the States is made by China and just about every product they make is total garbage. Beware!

They inflate the specifications of their smartwatches (they claimed their TicWatch Pro 3 had a Snapdragon 4100+ when it actually has a 4100), rarely update their smartwatches (still waiting for the promised Wear OS 3 update after ~1 year), sell ~100 watchfaces without clearly stating they're only compatible with their smartwatches (I switched to a Pixel Watch after the battery on my TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra virtually died after ~1 year and now I can't use the ~100 TicWatch watchfaces I wasted €100+ on), and ignore e-mails (contacted them about malfunctioning/missing watchfaces, never heard back).

I love the Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS, which I purchased via Amazon UK in June 2022 but the aftersales support from Mobvoi is absolutely atrocious. I purchased the watch on the much-publicised expectation that it would "soon" be receiving the Wear OS 3 update but there is no sign of this happening and despite numerous attempts to solicit a response from Mobvoi my emails to them have met with a deafening silence. At the very least I would have expected some form of acknowledgment.
I do not have any issues with the watch itself but this experience has left me questioning Mobvoi's aftersales service and their apparent disregard for their customers.

The shipping Label from Canada Post has the sender's information. Sender information cannot be found online. Leading me to believe MOBVOI uses fraudulent business for distribution.

Stay away from this company if you want trusted products and delivery.

Ordered a TWP Ultra on boxing day morning it arrived 3 days later, great service! The watch itself is fantastic, I've had TWP for three years now which was quite laggy and the battery was loosing power so I thought it was time to upgrade, the difference is night and day! Navigation is fast and smooth and the battery will last easily 48 hours including 2 night's sleep tracking and about 90 minutes GPS tracking workouts. Haven't tried it in water yet so can't connect on the IP rating but overall very pleased with it and if it lasts as long as the first To watch I'll be a very happy bunny!

Just rubbish. The package arrived damaged and Mobvoi don't care and won't do anything about it. The ticwatch Pro 3 is really buggy. They actively remove features rather than fix them. The sensors don't work well. Wear OS 3 still hasn't arrived for the Pro 3 and I suspect it never will. Just do not buy watches from Mobvoi. Terrible all round experience.

I bought a Ticwatch GTH, all sounded great with a nice spec and it worked really well - until I went for a swim in the sea and it immediately died! Just 1 month after purchase!
It was rated waterproof to 5ATM, however I was then informed by Mobvoi that the small print actually says not suitable for sea swimming!!! So just where would the 5ATM come in handy!
I contacted Mobvoi - very apologetic, and finally offered me a discount to buy another... It was just that the discount equated to slightly more than the price I had purchased it for...
They need to sort out their product specs and their rubbish after sales service.

I have had 3 Ticwatchés and have been very happy (all top models) Now my last one broke down under warranty so I wrote Movoi. The watch is for water activity and proof til swimming, but I only used it for showering. The complaint was turned down because the watch cant handles soap, which must be the worst product design for water use ever made.
I have been very happy about the products, but apparently, it is time to upgrade to a product made for daily use.

I bought a TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, The watch works ok, but the battery life is garbage and after having it for less than a year, the screen has a crack (I can't say how, it was never abused). I guess for $300 I figured it would have gorilla glass. I contacted for warranty, they say "We are sincerely sorry that your product belongs to man-made damage, which will not covered by our warranty service." Then offered an exchange for 30% off the full price of a new watch.

This is a scam company we bought a treadmill from, then they tried to double bill us saying we split the payment with their splitit app for double the advertised price? They are sending harassing emails but we just cancelled the credit card they were trying to charge. Don't buy any of their products!!! beware!

I bought a ticwatch pro 3 from them and within 2 months the FTSN screen stopped working.

I contacted them and they provided a replacement now less than 5 months later the replacement wont even turn on and they wont replace it.

The watch is rated for IP68 and pool swimming suitable but they are saying this wears off over time so they are not replacing.

Stay away from mobvoi products they are not fit for purpose.

I bought TicWatch pro 3 LTE, which is very good product, battery last for 3 days easily with using all functions. GPS is very accurate even you are wearing at home watch will count steps. customer services is also good and very helpful. I will recommend this watch. Thanks ticwatch

My watch keeps getting stuck in bootloop because of a defect button.
Mobvoi support refuse warrenty claim because I have been wearing the watch in the shower, even tough water damage is not the cause of the defect. And this is even before receiving the watch for repairs.
This doesn't seam correct that they are allowed to refuse warranty, when what broke the warrenty is not the cause of the problem.
I would normaly think that they should prove this, before refusing warranty claims.

I have had 3 of their watches and 2 ear buds . The pins connecting the watch straps failed on on the watches. The have burn in issues with the displays. The earbuds work for 3 months then randomly start dropping the connection and the battery life significantly decreases. They have poor customer support and will not stand behind their product.

I bought the ticwatch pro s from this company everything was great till the third day then everything went wrong watch started overheating totally wrong sleep and heart rate monitor there website is so hard to understand which I think is intentional it's nearly impossible to contact there customer service I have emailed them and as expected no reply. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else (REALLY)
